Due to teaching commitments I do have limited availability for one to one PSYCH-K sessions.
Apologies, at present I'm unable to offer single stand-alone one to one sessions, if you have not worked with me before. If you'd like to experience a single session having not experienced PSYCH-K before there are many facilitators who are able to support you with this, I'm happy to recommend a facilitator. I do have a number of Life Edit 3 month packages available every month if you are ready to dive deep. *To avoid disappointment please contact me to book a time slot before making a payment.

THE LIFE EDIT
- Experience transformation with 'The Life Edit' - This option has the potential to create big changes in every area of your life. It has accountability built in to keep you on track and to support you to step into your new potential. You can even choose to use each session to focus on a specific area of your life, such as, health, money, relationships etc. Sessions can be either in person or over Skype.
- Month 1 - 2hr initial consultation. At the end of the session we create a 4 week action plan with accountability built in to the structure.
- Month 2 - 1.5hr follow up. We review the previous month and create a new 4 week action plan with accountability built in.
- Month 3 - 1.5hr follow up. We review the previous month and create a new 4 week action plan.
LIFE EDIT in a day
- An Intensive day of change - 6hr intensive session. (with breaks for lunch and refreshments) You will leave with an action plan to implement having created the new potential during the session. Plus a 1.5hr follow up session over Skype to review your action plan and tweak any blocks that may have come up since the session.

LIFE EDIT top up
- An opportunity to build on any in depth work from a previous session or following a workshop. Apologies I'm unable to offer single one to one PSYCH-K sessions at present if you haven't worked with me before.
