PSYCH-K® Facilitators Practice Day £35
For those of you new to our PSYCH-K® Practice days – we’ve been holding them in Leeds to complement PSYCH-K® workshops for the last few years, with great success. They are usually held quartely and always at the same location.
The cost for the day is £35
15% percent of any profit from our Practice Days goes to a charity of our choice. In the past we have donated to Shelterbox, the Nepalese Earthquake fund, the Swarthmore Centre Lift fund and Water Aid.
INTENTION FOR PRACTICE DAYS
The intention is to create a safe space to come together, no matter what level you are at, in order to put in to practice what you have learned during the workshops. To create an opportunity to ask questions; to receive support if you are struggling, or lacking in confidence, and to share difficult cases and great results. A place to connect with like-minded people and to meet new friends and old, to expand on our local PSYCH-K® community.
There is sometimes the opportunity to experience some of the Advanced PSYCH-K® Balances if you have experienced the Basic workshop and are interested in continuing to the Advanced level.
Just for clarity, there is no PSYCH-K® teaching at all during the Practice days. This is purely a space to practice what you have already learned, with help and support from both myself and the group.
STRUCTURE FOR THE DAY
The Day will run from 9.30am – 5.30pm. (There is plenty of free parking at the hotel).
There will be tea, coffee, water and biscuits available on arrival and throughout the day.
We will aim to break for lunch at around 1pm. You are welcome to bring lunch with you, or you can purchase lunch from the Hotel bar on the day.
If the weather is fine there is also a lovely cafe in Golden Acre Park, less than a 10min stroll from the hotel.
DON’T FORGET TO BRING
Your PSYCH-K® Workshop materials, Balance sheets etc.
Yoga Mat (if you would like to practice the Advanced Balances).
I’ll bring extra copies of the worksheets – VAK, Core Belief Balance, Relationship Balance and Optimal Health Balance.
NB, It’s worth dressing in layers as the temperature in the room can be variable. Please feel free to bring anything with you, for example a cushion or blanket, that will help you to get the most out of the day.
